A big thank you to Northwood UK for once again inviting us to be part of their Annual Conference & Awards at the Jurys Inn in Hinckley. We had a fantastic day meeting friendly faces from across the wide network of Northwood branches.
It was good to catch up with some of the branches using TouchRight, and speak to potential customers. It was rewarding to spend some time talking with Adrian from Northwood Lincoln who has been using TouchRight for a while. He explained how he creates different property reports using internal and external users, and how he has integrated TouchRight into his branch daily operations to streamline their property management services, consequently saving time, reducing costs and increasing the value of their output. He was impressed with the V5 apps, and how we’ve integrated with e-signature platform Signable. It’s always great to get a real in-depth insight into just how beneficial proptech can be! We are still surprised by how many agents are using pen and paper for property reports, and the time taken to produce and check reports for comparison when there’s a tenancy dispute – all the things that TouchRight can do at the press of a button.
The conference was a great opportunity to demonstrate our range of new TouchRight features to the Northwood teams, including our shiny new V5 apps, lone worker protection, and our ever-growing network of integrations. Our new lone worker feature was a particular hot topic of discussion!
The conference itself was a very informative session, with some interesting talks. In particular from Technologist Andrew Walker and Kate Faulkner from Designs on Property, who gave an interesting insight into the future of property and how a different approach will be needed as technology evolves.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the conference and we look forward to catching up with the Northwood gang again next year!
