We have been using TouchRight for several years and have found it incredibly useful for our property management needs. Although we don’t conduct inventories — which is the software’s primary purpose — we use it for ongoing property inspections and it has proved extremely effective. Once our templates are created, the system makes it easy to walk through a property and ensure that all key points important to our company are properly addressed. Additionally, having photos stored on a third-party server is a major benefit. It provides clear, time-stamped evidence that cannot be edited by us, which is invaluable should any dispute ever progress to court. Overall, TouchRight is a reliable and well-designed tool that continues to support our work exceptionally well.

We have used Touchright for a decade now. Being completely honest, when the company was previously owned by a big company the service levels dipped and the software wasn't developed. However, in the last couple of months, since the recent change of owner, things have already improved. Kerry carried out a really useful training session to refresh our team to make sure we are getting the most out of the software. They are also now asking for feedback on how they can improve the software and I'm looking forward to see what they develop over the coming months. Overall, the app is really use to use out in the field and the reports are completely customisable to suit our requirements. I've only given a 4.5 star rating because we really want an integration with our CRM provider Alto. If they create that integration, I'll change my rating to 5. Would highly recommend.

Just signed up with TouchRight through YieldMe and the whole process was quick and seamless. Having used the software before with a previous business, I already know how powerful and efficient it is - and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with it again. Unfortunately, since the acquisition by Plentific, support is less than average. This is to be expected as previously support was provided by the owners, Rachel was fantastic. Last support ticket was answered by a young call centre guy with zero knowledge. Will eb looking for another small owner run operation.

We have been using Touchright for around a year now and it is one of the best systems we have ever used. We've been using Touchright for several years now. It ticks every box for us, simple to use and train staff but detailed enough to satisfy landlords, tenants and the DPS! We like that the software is constantly evolving which doesn't seen to be the case with other competitors, the Signable integration is a welcome addition to the platform which takes an extra step out of our process, as well as the fixflo integration. We would also recommend the backend service which is friendly and swift! Keep up the good work!

Touchrite is a such a great product, I can't recommend it highly enough. I use it all the time, and yet there are still features I've yet to try. Rachel, Terry and the team will spend hours on training and support, they continue to improve on the software and take all feedback seriously.
If I ever have a problem, the support team will talk me through it and in every case find a solution. (It's usually user error!)
